Directions:-
Approach from Honiton, travelling through the High Street (from Exeter end)
Halfway near the Church opposite, turn right beside Lloyds T.S.B. Bank onto New Street, follow this road right up through, under Railway bridge to mini
roundabout.
Take the first left, then the immediate right, up over the hill.
Stay on that road, passing Honiton Golf Course, heading for Colyton for approx 4 miles, through Northleigh Cross, down over the scenic flowing hill (not going over any white lines) until you come to Farwood Cross,( a tree in the middle)
Carry on that road, down over, until you come to a T junction, turn left, carry on, take the 2nd right and we are the Duck Pond entrance marked up Stubbhayne Farm.
Occassionally if the cottage is full we do some bed & breakfast in the main farmhouse
