We would require a deposit within a week of the booking 25% of the total cost.
The remaining Balance 1 Month priory to your Holiday.
If we are unable or restricted to provide your Holiday Accommodation we will return your Payment or book another week to your choice, subject to Availability.
If you have to cancel your Holiday with us, we will try to re-let and refund your Payment, but if we are unable, we would strongly advise for you to take out a Travel Insurance to cover your Holiday cost.
Once throughly cleaned & sanitised,
Arrival not before 3 p.m please.
Linen Bags provided for all Linen & Towels and to leave in Utility Room.
